Terms and Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to these terms. A written quotation will be provided before the move.
2. Prohibited Items
We do NOT transport: Hazardous materials, explosives, illegal items, perishable food, jewellery, cash, important documents (carry personally).
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate inventory
- Ensure parking space for truck
- Obtain society permissions if required
- Be present during loading/unloading
4. Liability
We are liable for damages caused due to our negligence up to the declared value (with insurance). We are not liable for: Pre-existing damages, natural wear and tear, delays due to traffic/weather, items packed by customer.
5. Insurance
Transit insurance available at 3% of declared value. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes subject to Noida, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction only.
